Hi, I would like from O2 a few paper statements from the last 4 years, 2 each year ?

You can print off going back 2 years in your My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
I don't believe O2 keep any records beyond 2 years.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

It looks as if @Anonymous is another poster who thinks they are talking to O2 Customer Services... I hope they come back to read the advice given?...:smileywink:

I believe it's 2 years but thought the legal requirement was 6 years but if the OP calls customer service he may get clarification.

You can get bills going back 6 years but it might have to be done as a Subject Access Data Request which o2 will charge for.
