Good morning wonder if you could me I have a I phone 14 plus on contract with 02 paying monthly my son uses this phone in university .

The I been tyrying to contact 02 since last Tuesday finally getting through to a human yesterday (sat) which I was then told that the actual phone  is blocked the woman coundnt tell me why only that she send a email to get it unblocked which could take up to 10Days ,I find the whole thing crazy firstly I have ayoung son away in uni with no phone every day tasks now real on phones secondly since last tusday I personally have spent 10 hors or more on hold to 02 .

PLEASE CAN YOU HELP AS A MATTER OF URGENCY

This is not O2, @SJG2 - your only avenue of help is O2, all the ways here: Guide: How to find help & contact O2 

You may be able to check in your MyO2 on the web if an inadvertent block has been applied, https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin

You need to contact O2.
