Ive added a PAYG number to myo2 account, since wanted to check the balance online (cannot do it since sim is in an alarm pannel). But I cannot seem to find this option. Any ideas?
Hi johnyb, you should see it when you log into My O2 on the website, there will be an option for Pay and Go, and then you should see 'View my Balance'. If you have any probs let me know.
