I have just changed service provider and I need to give you my PAC so I can keep my number

 

You phone line algorithm just cuts me off but there is no other way of achieving this on the website

I just seem to be going round in circles

This thread is super helpful - but wouldn't it be better to ensure the 202 number connects to an actual person? Instead you let customers go round and round answerphone menu loops getting frustrated?! I must have called about 10 times waiting to speak to an advisor and then getting cut off. I don't need fraud, Bye!
