PAC Transfer time from EE

So trying to understand what the hold up is, from EE or O2 on a normal UK Pac code transfer. We did this on 1230pm on Tuesday still no transfer has happened yet and two days have elapsed its not Thursday two days after.  I have re-submitted to O2 Open who originally set me up.

What would be likeliness to hold this up or not done?

The transfer should be done in 48 hours (barring weekends)

Best option is to call them 

give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202
