Its sorted now. I spoke to live chat and they told me to make a payment on the myo2 app and my account will be in credit.
I found out this week that im being made redundant at work. So that's why I decided to make the payment now while I still have money in my bank account.
@Kamal You would need to speak to customer service https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Welcome-News/How-to-find-help-amp-contact-O2-A-Guide/m-p/1201416 but why would you want to pay 17 months in advance when you don't need to?
