My usual phone bill is just under £25 a month as i pay for just the sim by itself, to my surprise last month my phone bill came to around £75 and i knew this couldn’t be right because i don’t have any bolt-on’s and don’t buy things with my phone. i came to realise that things that i’d already paid for with my Apple Pay from the app store etc. had been added onto my phone bill, again, things that i’d ALREADY PAID FOR. can anyone help me with this at all?

You will need to speak to Apple as they are the ones who pass the charges onto o2.

https://support.apple.com

They should be able to help.
- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

@LiamTylerBlake You need to speak to customer service. Too late tonight.
Call 202 from your mobile or 0800 032 1402 from any phone.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Best time to call is 8 am.
