I have a SIM.only contract of £15 per month each month it's £30 double each month I ring o2 they say I have been getting txt for which i haveto stop back i have explained i am.not getting any txt they then said finally last month they would block the number. I have got my bill for this month and it's £30 again I have rang they said it's my fault I'm putting my number in some thing on internet I have kept a detailed log all month and told them this but as the website is currently down I can check my bill o2 said they will.call back ... 1 hour and still waiting I have cancelled my DD which I was told by o2 I was not allowed to do. I am not refusing to pay but only what I have used. As any one else had this problem ??

Firstly cancelling your direct debit is NOT the answer. Your credit rating will be affected and O2 wont care.

You need to persevere with customer services if you are sure you have been charged in error https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Firstly cancelling your direct debit is NOT the answer. Your credit rating will be affected and O2 wont care.

If this is the case ask O2 to place the following bars to your account

  • Bar all Direct to Bill Debits
  • Premium Bar (calls to premium numbers, 090, 070 etc
