I was late paying my bill and my outgoing services were cut off. I paid everything in full 2 days ago and my services still haven’t been resumed. How long does it take?

@Mackie1I doubt now anything will happen over the weekend. If still not working properly by Monday then borrow a phone or use a landline to contact O2 again. https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus. 8-8.30am is the best time to call..

Hi @Mackie1 Did you pay a reconnect fee? Usually within 24 hours I’d thought? Chase up customer service & see what’s happening 

 

You will have to use a landline. I wouldn’t advise live chat for this query

Hi, no not reconnected yet. Tried turning phone off for 5 minutes, checking for network problems (there are no problems), reset network settings, selected o2 network manually in my phone settings, I don’t owe any money and apparently don’t need to pay a reconnection fee as it wasn’t a total disconnect (only outgoing services restricted). Still not working. Will try to ring again tonight.

Yes, and when I’m rang yesterday, they said my balance was 0.00. So, they told me to try to reset my network setting etc and it’s still not working. I’ll call them again later.
