Ordering an esim on line

Hi there,

I've just received a physical SIM to use it on my iPhone 11 Pro Max.
As there's another one on it, I'd like to order an esim.
The problem is that, as far as I know, you cannot do that online, you have to head to an O2 store.
Well, as my shifts at work are not compatible with O2 stores opening times, is there a way to order an esim online?

You can order over the phone

If you are on the new system you can do it through My O2.

Check Manage My Account then Swap your SIM

If it's not there then you are on the old system

Hi, Breanna, I haven't got this sorted as I have not used my new O2 SIM yet.
It might sound strange but I use another physical SIM on my iPhone, so I'll definitively give this a try during the weekend.
I just wanted to ask how the whole process works: is it O2 sending me an envelope with a qrcode in it or is it going through the email?
