Hi all

I ordered a phone last Saturday

I've had the confirmation email come through and the contract details

But no email saying it's been dispatched

Getting a little worried now as the initial payment has come out my account

Any idea how I sort this

I called O2 and they were no help

Just said it'll be here by today

But low and behold

No phone and no email still

The live chat isn't helping

It just keeps wanting to send a message to the phone I don't currently have on me

No idea where it is

Getting very stressed

Have you tried contacting o2 on social media @abbiedavy6 ?

Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG),

Unfortunately o2 do not have a live stock system, so most items will show available when o2 need to order them in - which can lead to delays in delivery.

If you get no answer from the social team, let us know here and we can ask for some help...

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
