Is it normal for no products or orders to come up in my 02 account? Should my order not be there ?

Eventually, orders show there if placed with O2 directly, and sometimes with MPD and other resellers.

Things are a bit slower than normal lately, @Ellie5.

Hi @Ellie5 ,

 

Is this for a new order placed or an old order from the past?

 

If new, The order wont show up until O2 has A) the stock & B) sent you confirmation.

 

If its for an old order you can find it via MyO2 on the o2 website under my documents.

I ordered on Friday, haven’t had an email since then and there’s no products or orders shown in my account 😞 but the upfront cost of the phone and delivery has come out my bank

Have you checked your spam folder on your email?
You should receive several with credit agreements and other things to open to finalise the contract.
If you have not had anything I would suggest you call customer services.
