1. My bill doesn't show a breakdown of my usage;  

2. I would like to see on a monthly basis, what my usage has been, to keep track of what I am using;

3. Why do I need to join a community network?

4. Why is there no option for online chat on a one to one basis as previously?

1. You can view a breakdown of your bill in your myo2 

 

2. You can track your usage by downloading the myo2 app

 

3. People join the community to seek help & advice

 

4. There is live chat available via a pop up on your screen but no email service anymore
