Ok im probably being really stupid but i cannot find how to view my online bill! keeps taking me to a page that has no option to view my bill
HELP!?

on the homepage as soon as you've logged in there is a box of options. the third one down should be View My Online Bill.

You can click on My o2 at the top left and then Bills and balances on the bottom left and then My Bill Summary

Have this same problem, have tried that reclaim link and it makes no difference.
Any time I go near my account details or bill, i just get this:

It sounds like more problems with the site not working properly.

Hi, I'm having the same problem.
I have two seperate accounts with O2, on one i can veiw all my details in My O2 (Bill, Tarriff etc)
In the other i can see nothing, everytime i click on veiw my bill it just sends me to a blank My O2 page with no options....

Hi - Did anyone get to the bottom of this. I have the same problem and everytime I ask Lucy I don't get an answer. My o2 dashboard does not have a view my bill option and i just go around in circles. Any ideas?

I had the same problem. This appears to be the solution:

I had another username I wasn't even aware of, that gives me access to my bill. :smileyvery-happy:

you need to use your username and password that is attached to your billing account in order to view your bills, this is the one that was created by o2 for you.

you can register your mobile number seperately at any point on the website and use some of the functions but youll not be able to view your bill.
