Just been on hold for 1hr 5 mins just to get a message saying we're closed now wtf they wonder why people leave waste of time ringing them

Welcome to the o2 community forum..

Sorry you can't get in touch with o2 customer services easily, it has been very difficult since the covid-19 pandemic with social distancing rules, less staff etc.

Is there anything that the o2 community can help you with?  Understand sometimes has to be C.S.  The Chat help is also limited at the moment but they do pop up.
