@Benlfc1990 You'll need to speak to customer service, but I would think that you will at minimum have to pay this month's bill before you can upgrade. Also take a look at what it says on your MyO2 page about when you can upgrade. https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Once you have paid the device off, you are free to upgrade however if this months bill includes arrears you may have to wait, and the airtime will have to be paid off first.
