Solved: Old number not transferred

I have received my O2 sim today and I have already filled in all the details on the online form to keep my old number. Put the O2 sim in and it shows the new O2 sim number! Not happy as this is my work phone and it is vital for communicating with clients on a daily basis.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
