Hi,

I recently took out a new contract via a third party company (tariff still with O2) but O2 are refusing to migrate my number over to the new sim.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Thanks

Glyn

@Glyn8834

Should not be a problem unless you were migrated from Virgin previously ?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

You'll need to keep trying O2 then.

Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202

There isn't an outstanding balance on a device plan, or a minimum term that has not been reached is there @Glyn8834 ?
