I recently transferred my number to o2, which seems to have partially worked, however my old iphone with Three network can still make and receive calls using the same number, and has continued to be billed.

On my new iphone, the iMessage and FaceTime features are not able to activate. Have contacted o2, who suggested changing the number in Settings (the number that came with the new phone was still showing), which didn't affect the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure when you gave your PAC code. Nothing is done on Saturday or Sunday

You need to get O2 to look at this

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
