Dear Sir/Madam,
I received the Pay Monthly SIM card in March 2022. However, as of today, no signal is found when I pop the card into my iPhone. I even tried several phones and still received no responses. Would there be any wrong with my SIM card? Could I ask for replacement?

@duncanwu2004 This is not O2. This is a customer community. Was this sim card for a new contract or did you request a new sim for a contract you're already on?
You can call customer service on 0800 032 1402 from any phone or numbers here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
