O2 order - OnePlus 5T

Anonymous
Not applicable
Yesterday's midday I purchased the OnePlus 5T pay monthly contract. I paid £8.99 for delivery and checked today to see if the phone is definitely arriving.

I got told it was being referred to credit check team. Now I paid £50 as a deposit for this, and £9.99 for the phone itself. Is it still going to arrive today? I'd be pretty disappointed if it didn't due to having to pay that amount.

Then that money will be refunded. Have a look at the order tracking link I added to my post..

Yeah, there's nothing in there. Any solution that can get this resolved quicker? Would going to the store be a solution?

Nothing you can do unfortunately.
It’s in the o2 sausage machine until it pops out the other end.

Yeah... ah... Unfortunate. I've got the email of the order for the phone and the date is under the email for the delivery too, the credit check went through fine on mine and asked me to give a £50 deposit, so I thought all was well... I am a bit confused.

@AnonymousNot wanting to disappoint you further but there is a chance the phone may be out of stock

You could give CS a call and ask for the status of your order https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
