I ordered an apple watch last Tuesday, i received all of the online paper work, it said it would be next day delivery as i ordered early in the morning however it is nearly a week later and it still has not been dispatched?

It's probably out of stock, despite what it says in the shop. O2's ordering system isn't live.

You will get an email before it's dispatched and you can then track it via My O2.

You can also claim your next day delivery fee back by contacting O2.

I have tried but if its not to do with fraud or phone loss you dont get anywhere i dont know whether to order another one

No don't do that. You could end up with two.

The advice to call is the only option. Press either fraud or lost phone. Use anything to get through to an advisor.

Hey @Kirsty98 I’m currently in the same position ordered mine on 9/05/2020 it’s been nearly a week and it still hasn’t been dispatched. Just wondering if you’ve received yours yet?

I received mine after calling them and asking what the f*ck was going on they then said it would be with me the next day and it was. Just call them and talk to someone think thats the only way
