O2 bill

Hi,

 

I've just transferred to a monthly roll on tariff with O2, which supposedly contains the same features as my previous 24 month contract including unlimited text messages to UK numbers. However I notice that from the first day of activation, I'm suddenly starting to be charged for text messages to the same UK numbers which were free before, which I clearly shouldn't be. Can this issue be fixed please and the bill edited?

If it's an error o2 will fix it, but you need to contact them directly as this isn't customer services http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
