Solved: O2 Switch Up

Hi, I have o2 Switch up on my contract however, i’m using a different handset to the one assigned to contract.

The contract is iPhone 14 but i use an 11ProMax which has been better for me, I am assuming that the Switch-up option would no longer be a choice?? Or could it ? Thanks 🙏

Only if you used to iPhone 14 to switch up with.

Otherwise you would need to pay off your device plan to upgrade.

You could sell the 11 pro max to raise funds to do this.
