I received a message saying that I had used up all my data and should upgrade. My bill arrived shortly after showing that I had plenty of dat allowance left. Has this happened to anyone else?

It may not have been from o2.
There are lots of phishing scams going around trying to get account details for all manner of different things, like bank accounts, Apple ID etc.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
