Having upgraded to a Samsung A54 at the end of April I qualified for a pair of Samsung Buds2. Text message duly arrived from O2 mid-May with link and code. Included link worked, taking me to the O2 online shop, but the promo code to zero the price came up as invalid. Subsequent texts from O2 at fortnightly intervals keep reminding me to claim my offer. Every time promo code is invalid. Multiple calls to O2 Customer Service yield a different answer every time: offer is over; this a known problem, link and code will be reissued; try this link; offer is over; can't help you, sorry! Has anyone else suffered from invalid promo code? Thanks
