O2 Rewards Dates

With regards to O2 Rewards for PAYG Mobiles.........I've used the online management/checking screen for past 3 months earning rewards :https://payandgorewards.o2.co.uk/group/o2/home ....it says "SAVE YOUR REWARDS BY 31st MARCH or LOOSE THEM"  however elsewhere it tells me that this can't be done until after 4th April (indeed there is no "BUTTON" available on the above screen today (ie last day) to Save those rewards ....anyone else same issue ?.......how does it really work ?

Call 4445 and speak to CS. They should be able to help you out, or indeed point you in the right direction.

Hi @Anonymous Not sure what's gone wrong for you? This link shows you the top up Reward system and after 3 months your reward will be applied (For instance topping up between Jan, Feb March means you can claim from 4th April onwards....April, May June...claim from 4th July etc...http://www.o2.co.uk/shop/paygotopup/10backontopups  

If you want to save them you just text 50202
