Dear Support

 

On 10th February an o2 rep added a Iphone therthering bolton option to iphone 4 contract.

 

He said it should be active from about midnight, this has now passed and I am still unable to setup a personal hotspot on my iphone. Instead the personal hotspot points to therthering support website.

 

In addition I have noticed that the bolton has been called O2 Techies. Would this be the correct bolton for therthering or has there been a mistake?

I think you'll need to call 202 again and get that corrected. It's a free call from your O2 phone.

Hi we are all customers here but the bolt on that has been added is the wrong one it's something different entirely you don't need a separate bolt on to tether it is included with all pay monthly contract data allowances are you definitely on an iphone data package
