I managed to get my O2 Open validated today but the website keeps saying that it's experiencing technical difficulties when I try to add the discount, how do I go about getting the discount added? I have tried on multiple browsers and it's the same result.

I have just tried to apply the discount through the website and it's working fine now, all sorted.

Lots of reported issues recently with this.
