O2 Open clarification

Good evening all,

First post so please be gentle.

I currently work for the emergency services and was recently told by a colleague about O2 Open. I am wanting to clarify two things regarding this - are 5G tariffs included in the discount and does a new 'discounted' contract have to be bought through O2 directly or can a contract be bought through a reseller and then the discount added as long as it's within the 28 days and on the O2 network.

I did try to do my homework by looking through the terms and conditions first but to no gain. I also tried to speak with live chat however I don't appear to be able to find a link anywhere on the website.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Yes, all tariffs are now 5g and included and yes, must be bought directly from O2.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
