Hello all,

 

Lost my phone last week and successfully put in an insurance claim yesterday. I was told my new phone should arrive on Monday but haven’t received any email confirmation about this. Should I be worried or will I just receive an email when it’s dispatched?

To add ...the number to call from any O2 mobile or landline is 0344 8090202

According to the call times listed, they are open from 8am on a Saturday. 8-8.30am tends to be the best time to call them wink

You should receive and email when Phone is dispatched with your tracking details.
Remember also that if reported lost to o2 the account will be blocked so you will need to call customer service to get a new SIM card and your account unblocked
