Hi guys,

Just a quick one; o2 haven't taken this month's bill. I understand it's Labour Day (01/05 at time of writing) in Europe, so is it a case of O2's operations being based in the EU and alas, payment not taken today. Or is there an issue?

@Rossc92

There shouldn't be an issue as this is done automatically.

I would leave it for a day or two then contact O2 if needed Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

This has happened to me too! I got a text from O2 saying that I have an outstanding payment and that I will incur a fine if I dont pay within 4 days. I have a direct debit set up for this payment so I have no idea why it's saying it hasnt been paid. There was an option on the O2 app to pay it, but I'm reluctant to do so because I don't know why it's happening...

Check with your bank to see if the direct debit has been returned unpaid.

Another one to watch out for @jonsie ? If the system is not collecting payments when there are sufficient funds to pay.

Worrying if they then cut people off!!

Yes it looks like people will be making manual payments as this looks like it's an issue. Yet another!
