For the last 4 days I can't seem to get connected to O2 Chat ..

Does anybody know the reason why they are " looking for an advisor" but none ever seem to come out from hiding to actually talk to us ?

REady to give up and move to another company...

Some people have reported a similar issue recently. You may be better to call on 202 for contract or 4445 payg. If it's a non account related issue we may be able to help here @Anonymous?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
