Yesterday i recieved a letter informing me i was behind with my payments, i thought I had paid everything and could not understand what it was about, but I paid £33 pounds thinking everything was sorted but on trying to call someone from the phone I was told the number no longer existed. So im finished with o2 and am getting another sim card tomorrow , but i would like my money returned as quickly as possible. I am very upset about this but i cannot understand what is going on but I will no doubt recieve a response blaming me for what has happened. Yours anoyed

Stan

For the account to be disconnected, then the account must have been delinquent for a good couple of months, and you paying the debt doesn't mean o2 have to reconnect you, or to be honest refund you, as you owed the money....

Sorry but I would just move on with the new network, and hope you dont end up in the same position again..

- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
