Number Transfer

Hi

I reciveved my new phone yesterday - via mobile phones direct where i input my PAC CODE, they informed me i'd recieve updates from 02 as to where the transfer was up to.

The new 02 number was assoicated with 'My 02' yesterday but today it has the number i wish i change to.
When is this likely to change over? As i havent recieved any information regarding this.

Were you with a different company before ordering the new phone?
Number ports normally take 24 to settle down. Keep turning the phone off and on for it to keep registering on the network.

I was with EE previously. 

I will keep doing as suggested and restart phones.
