Why doesn`t 02 send a text warning customers on Pay Monthly that they are getting near their limit on minutes used, so they will not be landed with a big bill unexpectedly.

unfortunatly it is up to you to check my-o2 to ensure you do not go over as, at 18 for a contract you are responsiable for your actions. Some networks alow caps but I sugget you read the t&c for your contract at the bottom of the page.

 

I know it may seam harsh but tht islife.
