There was a problem with the local mast (which is all to common sadly). O2 now states its all up and running but now I can't make calls as phone states I am not registered on network. Have restarted phone, checked SIM inserted correctly.  What can I do?

Check this guide Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
