Hi.

Please remove your e mail address to stop spam. I've flagged it to the mods.

We are all customers here too apart from a couple if O2 site staff ,so you would need to talk to O2 to get an official response.

Or pm them.

If you have moved from another phone to the iPhone then ensure you have the right apn settings
http://www.geeksquad.co.uk/articles/chapter/595-04-how-to-set-apn-settings-for-the-02-mobile-network and or text ACTIVE to 2020. Accept the settings and turn your phone off and on.

E mail is https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/help/help

You can contact O2 online via live chat.

http://www.o2.co.uk/mobile/contactus

They will check your rewards status.

If you don't want to pay £1 per day for 50mb of data use then turn off mobile data in your settings ,or perhaps choose a new tariff with a data bundle in it. You will retain your current mobile number.

Options for Payf tariffs with data bundles included are in your MyO2.
