My phone has stopped recieving text messages. I can seeemingly send them ok, but I am not recieving them. This seems to have started today, as I recieved text messages yesterday.

@Mumble_Swerve This seems to be happening to quite a few people recently. You'll need to speak to customer service. Not an easy thing these days: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Because you're not buying anything, O2 doesn't consider your call important, so use the Upgrade, Lost/Stolen, or Fraud option to get through. Otherwise you'll just be disconnected.
Below is alternative advice from an O2 Guru on how to get through.
Call 202 from your mobile.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

Thanks, I will give it go. I have tried a few things on the handset, but that doesn't appear to be the issue.
