Nobody can help, forget it

1 month ago I requested a migration from my monthly plan to a pay & go plan, asking also to bring my number (edited) to the new plan. On the 06th/Nov I received by post a new SIM card with the number (edited). On the last 7th/Nov O2 disconected my previous monthly plan and it was supposed to migrate my number to the new SIM card in the next 24 hours. I'm waiting for this migration of my previous number until this day.
Last Friday, 09/Nov, I called O2 and the girl told me that O2 made a mistake and transfered my number to a yet thrid number and she expleined to me that that is why I didn't have my original number transfered to the new SIM card. She said the problem would be corrected soon but so far I'm still receiving calls from strange people in a number that is completly stranged to me. I had to put some credit in this strange number, not sure if I'going to have these credits transfed to my previous when and if this tranfer one comes to happen.
I used my previous number as a business number. I'm missing a lot of calls, clients are sending me email swearing and calling me names and this is only clients that I'm able to get hold of. I'm quite sure there're many new clients who tried to reach me but can't.
I need a solutions to this or I'll have to take some legal actions now.
