Hi I’ve been struggling for a few months to get any signal on my phone. I was told by a shop assistant it was a problem with Apple. I’ve updated my phone as advised and am still having problems. I have to be contacted to WiFi to get my phone to work most the time. I can’t even pay my bill as I need to get a code off a txt to log on or the site won’t load and am paying for a service am not actually getting at the moment
