Paying monthly for a service I can’t use no signal and being told by an 02 service advisor to ensure Wi-Fi calling is on. I should not have to put Wi-Fi calling on to accept/make calls. The contract is not being adhered to by yourselves and I would like to discuss this further.

@Cwils

You'll need to follow the complaints process with O2 first https://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain

If you complain through the Resolver link it will get the best response as it's externally monitored.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

You need to contact O2.

Hate to say it, but everyone should have WiFi Calling and Voice over LTE enabled these days.

5 Phones in this house on 3 different networks all with it enabled.

It isn't networks trying to get out of anything but technology offering users a better coverage experience.

I was in hospital last year. Big steel and concrete building and no signal on any network But the hospital had wifi and I was able to speak to my wife when I had come round from the opp as visiting was still restricted

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

My daughter and husband have no issues with their network whatsoever so I do feel this is network related. I have switched phone in and off and it works for a while then nothing again. I have checked signal checker and it says the usual speel ( we are trying to fix it there is an issue..blah blah) how many times though. I should not have to use Wi-Fi calls as you can’t always rely on this what if Wi-Fi issues then I am totally stuck. Dissatisfied is an understatement May discuss with ombudsman re this as paying a lot each month for what!
