I have had no signal at all since 3.30pm, what are we paying for because it doesnt seem like im paying for a mobile contract because i cant use it at all 😞 My son is arriving back from a germany with school and i am unable to find out what time he is due back now!!! Thanks for a poor sevice 02

I thought it was just me that had no service. Do we have any idea when service will resume? Does this mean we will be refunded a days rental?

pointless moving to orange, t-mobile and vodafone aaron (and say tesco, giffgaff, asda, etc.) and Sharondm most likely at the end of it, they will give x day proportion of a credit on your account as a gesture of goodwill. so if on say £30 a month contract would get about £1 a day credit to compensate each day had no service. If anyone want to claim for more like loss of earnings, will be much more difficult...
