If you didn't do the sim swap as per the instructions on the sim wallet, then you can just use your old sim in the new phone.

If you need 5G etc then you will need to do a sim swap as per the details in the sim wallet.

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

How to sim swap here Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update

You start the process from your old sim.

Alternatively, just use your old sim in the new phone.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
