I have no reception on my i phone 14 at home since upgrading.

Hi MI5, I have carried out a sim swap and have made a few calls outside my home but have no reception inside. My old iphone 7 had no such issues.

You'll need to get the phone checked for faults then Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple (UK)

Assuming the old phone still works indoors with the same sim?
