No option to check bill, make payment, view upgrade options

When I sign into My02 I am limited to very few options - much less than everyone else has.

 

On the coloumn on the left there is just:

 

* My Account

 > My Mobile

      My Personal Details

 > My Broadband

 

There are no options to view my bill, make a payment etc. which is what everyone else I know has.

 

Please can this be fixed?

There's been a few onlines issues today can only think with all the iPhone 5 stuff going on the servers are taking a beating. Try logging in and out see if you have more luck:)

You should be able to get into your bills through the my mobile sub section in myO2
