No help from o2 or DPD.

Upgraded my phone on the 21st December for next day delivery on the 22nd for the iPhone 13 Black.

Everyday since i have recieved the same message from DPD about a delay in the delivery and now haven't heard a word since the 30th December. It is now the 8th January and nothing from o2 or DPD. It has now been 18 days soon to be 19 and o2 marked it as delivered an complete around 2 weeks ago and are charging me the new contract (without the phone). What can I do?

It's O2's responsibility to chase it for you.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

I’ve contacted them multiple times through Twitter DM and through the My o2 app and not getting anywhere

You need to call them, and not do it through Social Media, call them on 0800 081 0255 which is sales or 0344 809 0202 and be insistent they help resolve...

@MI5 i've rang beginning of last week and it had been lost and they're opening a "search" for the phone but it's been nearly a week now and heard nothing else back still without any sign of a phone

@MattWilko This is 100% O2's responsibility. You should not have to keep chasing them. I will tag an O2 advisor, but she won't be on until tomorrow at 8 am. 

@O2Sarah- can you please assist?

I've had to chase o2 and DPD for nearly 4 weeks now it's basically talking to a brick wall. Wednesday will be a full months bill paying for a contract and phone i haven't recieved yet
