No access to My O2

I left O2 last week at the end of my 2 year contract and ported my number to another provider.  Have just tried to log in to My O2 and it doesn't accept my phone number despite my log in details being correct!!

 

I haven't received a paper bill in years and need to know what adjustments (if any) O2 will make to my account when producing a final bill.

 

Incidentally, O2, your automated chat is useless as there aren't sufficient categories to choose  from and the AI isn't intuitive enough to understand anything!

@MrsMozz If you ported your number to another provider, you no longer have access to your MyO2 page.

This is not O2. This is a customer community. You need to speak to customer service.
Call 0344 809 0202 or 902 0217 from any phone or numbers here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
You can also reach O2 via social media:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
