No Service overseas

Anonymous
Not applicable

I've been visiting the US this week and was using a small amount of my data roaming account. I received a text saying I should call O2 so they can make sure my phone hasn't been stolen or lost because I was using it overseas.

I called them and advised them, they said this was fine, but since then, I've had 'No Service'. I can connect on WIFI but nothing else. It's been 4 days and I've tried clearing the network settings, turning phone on and off, removing the SIM and wiping it etc.

Anyone else had this problem? Any remedy?

It sounds as if they weren't listening, try another call as it sounds as if they have stopped your service.

If you have access to a computer that has Skype you can try to call O2 for free on +448000288151. It's an old number I used some time ago, and I'm not certain it's still valid, but it's worth a try.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
