Not applicable

I have had the new i phone 5 g since january, i havent seen 4G once. Everyone else i wor with has it, even tesco mobile, its embarassing. i am now £10 over my usual contract price of £32 per month. To £42 per month because of your stupid refresh contract and NOW only a few weeks later, i could have got it on normal contract 24 months. You have gone rapidly downhill o2 and i am not a happy customer. i have 2 other o2 contracts ending soon then i will take mysef and those 2 other contracts to another company who value long term customers and who ACTUALLY have 4G

Is it a 5 a 5c or a 5s?

If tescos has it in the area then o2 has 4g in that area as tesco uses o2 for the signal

If you have an iPhone 5 you will not get 4G on O2, Tesco or any of the other MVNO's that run on O2.
Only EE and Three can give you 4G on an iPhone 5.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
